great sleep quality but minor issues with breakfast restocking
The sleep quality exceeded my expectations, especially with the room facing the light shaft for complete silence. The spacious bathroom offered great water pressure, making showers a refreshing experience. Selecting from a variety of pillows was a nice touch, ensuring a comfortable night's rest. The rooftop terrace provided a perfect atmosphere to unwind while enjoying stunning views.
The breakfast options, while diverse, often faced delays in restocking.

We really appreciated the central location, which made it easy for our large family to walk to attractions like the nearby Alhambra. The breakfast selection was diverse and satisfying, perfect for fueling our busy days. The rooftop offered stunning views that we loved.
In my wife’s opinion, the parking was a bit difficult for our large family, making it inconvenient at times.

The location put everything within a short walking distance, such as the Cathedral and many cafes. Check-in went smoothly with efficient help from the reception. the room had a serious downside. it didn’t have enough natural light, which made it feel rather gloomy at times. I was given a deluxe room, but it actually felt quite basic for a luxury designation. Some of the decor needed a refresh, and I hoped for more from a 4-star rating. Breakfast provided nice options, but on several occasions, we found items were not restocked promptly. It was also disappointing not to have a bar or a restaurant beyond breakfast. The rooftop terrace was a highlight, offering lovely views whenever we enjoyed a drink there. The staff were nice but at times seemed overwhelmed when it came to handling requests promptly. Despite these issues, I appreciated the comfortable bedding and the cleanliness of the spaces we utilized.

Stunning Views and Perfect Location
I had a fantastic stay with stunning views from the rooftop terrace, especially perfect for enjoying a drink with the Alhambra in sight. The breakfast area offered a bright and spacious atmosphere with great coffee and delicious pastries, setting a positive tone for the day. The staff's assistance in arranging transportation for our Alhambra visit was incredibly helpful, enhancing my overall experience in this vibrant city. the noise from the nearby street sometimes interrupted my sleep, which could be improved.
